Hi! My name is Hiroki Kudo! And welcome to my site!

On July 14th, 2021, I decided to moved to Vancouver from Tokyo, although it was during COVID.

To get more involved into the Vancouver startup community, and to find like minded people, I have decided to create a blog.

I will be starting projects and announcing them here, so stay tuned!

A little bit about myself.

What I'm Working On

A Japanese startup that is called MerryBiz
Founding in 2011, MerryBiz provides back office service (e.g. accounting, payroll, etc) to enterprises, while we work with professionals, who can't work full-time office hours, all around the world. Currently the professionals are 90% women, who are very talented but are raising kids, looking an after elderly, or live in a rural area. Our goal is to create a new world where everyone is "Merry" while doing "Biz".

Climate change
Very interested in getting involved in climate change. Not sure if I want to start a company, organization, or an initiative. Especially in creating a carbon sink.
